Here are 3 suggestions to convert and activate more users:

  1. Include additional social proof to their website, to help build trust and credibility with potential users
  2. Add audio or at least subtitles to the video on the website
  3. Include some information about pricing. Some users will equate no pricing with expensive.
  4. Fix the sign up process flow so users can create an account.

When you watch the video below, some of the feedback might seem obvious to you. However, when it is your product, it can be hard to spot some of these things. We often stumble across bugs and discover paths that the product team didn’t even know about.

And that’s the whole point of these reviews. Sometimes it takes an external point of view to highlight these things.
